Shipping & Delivery
We use Royal Mail for small items, and UKMAIL for larger items. Goods should be received within 3-5 business days after dispatch date. In the unlikely event that 21 days go by without receiving your goods, then please contact us. Orders can be cancelled if you provide us notification at any time prior to dispatch.
If you wish to return an order or item, then be sure to get in contact with us. To return an order, you must contact us within 30 days of collection or delivery. We are contactable via email, post, or phone, all available below.
If you have received damaged goods, then it is imperative that you contact us within 24 hours of your delivery or collection. If you are returning items due to a problem or fault with the goods, then please notify us as soon as possible so that we may investigate the issue and hopefully prevent it in the future.
We are offering a free delivery service for all orders of £40 including VAT, UK Mainland! We unfortunately cannot provide this service if you reside in the Channel Islands, far-most Scotland, or off-shore islands. We, Costwise LTD, reserve the right to change the courier you have selected to deliver your order. In the event we do so, this is for our benefit, and should not affect the quality of service you receive or your delivery time.
Privacy & Security
If you have notified us of a problem with your goods, we will either- make good on any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged/defective upon delivery; or refund you the amount paid for the goods in question.
If we, you the customer and I the supplier, have agreed to replace the goods, you must confirm that you will keep the original goods safe and allow our nominated carrier to collect them from you without undue delay. Persistent failure to allow the original goods to be collected may result in you incurring an additional charge at your expense. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we have no legal obligation to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our accountability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
The goods are intended for use within the United Kingdom, and we make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the goods are suitable for use outside the United Kingdom, or comply with any laws, regulations or standards, of any jurisdiction outside of the United Kingdom.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damage or defects to goods supplied, caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes).
Returns & Replacements
Upon cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your own cost. If items are being returned due to fault with the goods, fault by us, or damage to goods, we will meet the cost of the return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

Please send a copy of the orginal invoice with the return. If your order is returned without a copy of the invoice, or without sufficient details - full name and address, and the Order ID or Reference ID (as stated on the invoice) - in legible print, then this may cause delays or we may be unable to identify the order. If we are unable to identify a return then it is up to the customer to provide proof that the parcel is their return. Placing the invoice in the parcel in the first place will provide the quickest and easiest procedure for all parties.
Unwanted items can be returned for a full refund of items bought, but we will not refund return postage and packaging charges, nor are inital postage costs refundable. If you intend to return an order, it is essential that you return the items via recorded delivery to ensure that we receive the goods- we cannot provide you with a refund until we have the goods, and in the event the package is mislaid before it is returned to us, you will have a receipt in which to claim back from the postal office.
If you ordered by internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specifications- for example, pipes cut to a requested size, unsealed packs, items that due to their nature cannot be returned.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with your order. If you provide payment via PayPal, then the delivery will be sent to your confirmed PayPal address. If you require your order sent to an alternative address, then you will need to pay via Bank Transfer. A valid signature will be required upon collection or delivery. The title of goods passes to you, the buyer, immediately prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 21 days of the date of dispatch, then please notify us. We aim to send goods in as few packages as possible, and so will send your order together whereever possible. If you receive your order and it is incomplete, then please contact us to check whether the remaining goods are on the way, or if there is an error with your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The price payable for the goods you order is set out on our website at the time you place the order, plus any charges for carriage as set out in the order form. We must receive payment for the entire price of the order, and any applicable charges for delivery before we can accept your order, unless both parties have received written proof of an alternative agreement prior to the orders confirmation.
